摘  要:提出了一种新型钢筋混凝土类桁架式转换结构。以番禺天河城为例,阐述了类桁架式转换与传统梁式转换、钢桁架转换的优缺点,并对比分析了这三种转换方案的整体指标和材料用量。除验算其中震安全性、揭示其受力机理外,还对类桁架转换层构件在大震、超大震下的弹塑性损伤做了评估,揭示其屈服机制。通过类桁架转换节点的三维有限元分析,验证其连接可靠性,并提出相应的节点施工措施。研究结果表明:钢筋混凝土类桁架式转换结构具有良好的受力性能,能拓展建筑使用空间,节省工程造价,方便施工,可实现高层框支结构的合理转换。A new type of reinforced concrete truss type transfer structure was proposed.Taking Panyu Tianhe City as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of truss type transfer,traditional beam type transfer,and steel truss transfer were elaborated,and the overall indicators and material consumption of these three transfer schemes were compared and analyzed.In addition to verifying the safety and revealing the stress mechanism under mid earthquake elasticity,the elastic-plastic damage of truss type transfer story components under large and super large earthquakes were also evaluated,and their yield mechanism were studied.Through three-dimensional finite element analysis of truss type transfer nodes,the connection reliability was verified,and corresponding node construction measures was proposed.The research results indicate that reinforced concrete truss type transfer structures have good mechanical performance,can expand building usage space,save engineering costs,facilitate construction,and achieve reasonable transfer of high-rise frame supported structures.
