摘 要:广州某超限高层为带连体的部分框支剪力墙结构,两栋结构高度分别为9725、9275m,在4层、11~13层通过连廊连接。为了验证结构布置的可靠性和安全性,采用YJK和ETABS软件对建筑结构进行整体计算分析及弹性时程分析,同时借助Perform-3D软件,对结构的动力弹塑性进行深入分析,并对连接体结构受力情况做专项分析。结果表明,两栋塔楼的转换构件及连接体结构受力体系合理可靠。根据结构的受力特征,通过对关键构件及其他受力构件的加强处理,确保结构整体上满足各项预先设定的抗震性能目标的要求。An out-of-code high-rise building in Guangzhou is a partially frame-supported shear wall structure with connectors.The heights of the two structures are 9725m and 9275m respectively,and they are connected by corridors on the 4th and 11th to 13th floors.In order to verify the reliability and safety of the structural layout,the YJK and ETABS software were used to carry out the overall calculation analysis and elastic time history analysis of the building structure.At the same time,with the help of Perform-3D software,the dynamic elastoplasticity of the structure was analyzed in depth,and the stress of the connected structure was analyzed specially.The results show that the mechanical system of the transfer member and the connected structure of the two towers is reasonable and reliable.According to the stress characteristics of the structure,the key components and other stress components were strengthened to ensure that the structure as a whole meets the requirements of the pre-set seismic performance objectives.
