挤扩支盘桩在狮子洋通道桥梁工程中的应用

摘　　要：挤扩支盘桩是一种采用挤扩成型方法在普通灌注桩基础上增设支或盘结构而形成的新型桩基础,适用于具有一定厚度的可挤扩成稳定的支腔、盘腔的土层。挤扩支盘桩通过沿桩身不同位置设置的支、盘结构,使灌注桩成为变截面、多支点的摩擦端承桩,改变了桩基的受力机理,显著提高了单桩承载力,从而减小桩长,节约材料,降低造价以及节省工期,具有良好的经济和社会效益。从挤扩支盘桩的结构形式、施工方法、受力特点、适用范围、单桩竖向承载力计算以及支盘桩的经济性分析等方面,全面介绍了挤扩支盘桩在狮子洋通道桥梁工程中的应用情况。The multi-branch pile is a new type of pile foundation formed by adding branches or disc structure to an ordinary cast-in-place pile using a squeezing and expanding method,suitable for soil layers with a certain thickness that can be squeezed into stable branch and disc cavities.The multi-branch pile makes the cast-in-place pile a variable cross-section,multi-point friction end bearing pile by setting branch and disc structures at different locations along the pile shaft,thus changing the force-bearing mechanism of the pile foundation,significantly improving the bearing capacity of single piles,shortening the pile length,saving materials,reducing costs,and saving construction time,with good economic and social benefits.In the paper,the application of multi-branch piles in the bridge engineering of the Shiziyang Link Project is comprehensively introduced from the aspects of structural form,construction method,stress characteristics,scope of application,calculation of vertical bearing capacity of single pile,and economic analysis.
