摘 要:高度城镇化地区的高速公路建设面临空间受限、土地资源有限等诸多挑战,采用节地模式成为必然选择。依托京港澳高速公路广州至深圳段改扩建项目,分析了高度城镇化地区采用节地技术的意义,探讨了高度城镇化地区高速公路节地模式的实现途径和实现方法。经与同类型改扩建项目对比,京港澳高速公路广州至深圳段改扩建项目采用综合节地措施下的节地效果显著,不仅实现了节约集约用地的目标,还释放了大量的存量用地,可为其他高度城镇化地区高速公路建设项目提供参考。The construction of expressways in highly urbanized areas faces numerous challenges such as limited space and land resources.Therefore,adopting land-saving modes has become an inevitable choice.In the paper,the significance of using land-saving technology in highly urbanized areas is analyzed based on the reconstruction and expansion project of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway,and the implementation approaches and methods of land-saving modes for expressways in highly urbanized areas are explored.Through comparison with similar reconstruction and expansion projects,it is found that the reconstruction and expansion project of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway has achieved remarkable land-saving effects under comprehensive land-saving measures,which not only has achieved the goal of saving and intensive land use,but also released a large amount of stock land,and can provide reference for other expressway construction projects in highly urbanized areas.
