摘　　要：目的:探讨CICARE沟通模式在宫颈癌子宫全切患者中的应用价值.方法:选取2019年1月至2021年12月本院收治的96例宫颈癌子宫全切患者为研究对象.按照心理干预方式,将其分为观察组(n=49,采用CICARE沟通模式干预)和对照组(n=47,采用常规沟通模式干预).比较两组患者干预后的心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估],生存质量[采用生存质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)评估]及患者的依从性.结果:干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者QOL-BREF评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者依从性(48/49,97.96%)高于对照组(37/47,78.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:利用CICARE模式与宫颈癌子宫全切患者进行沟通,能有效改善患者的心理状态,缓解精神压力,提高患者的生存质量.Objective:To explore the application value of CICARE communication mode in patients with cervical cancer who underwent total hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 96 patients with cervical cancer and total hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as research objects.According to the psychological interventions,they were divided into observation group(n=49,received psychological intervention of CICARE communication mode)and control group(n=47,received psychological intervention with conventional communication mode).The psychological status[evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],quality of life[evaluated by the World Health Organization quality of life-BREF(QOL-BREF)scores]and patient compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The QOL-BREF score in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of patients in observation group(48/49,97.96%)was higher than that in control group(37/47,78.72%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the CICARE mode to communicate with patients with cervical cancer hysterectomy can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,relieve mental stress and release negative emotions,and also improve the quality of life of patients,which can be widely used.
