基于“治未病”思想下的预见性护理干预对老年骨折患者手术室急性压疮的预防作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于"治未病"思想下的预见性护理干预(PNI)对老年骨折患者手术室急性压疮的预防作用.方法:选取2021年3月至2022年3月本院收治的86例老年骨折手术患者作为研究对象.依据干预模式将其分为研究组(n=44,采用"治未病"思想下的PNI)和对照组(n=42,采用常规护理干预).采用统计学方法,比较两组患者压疮发生率、压疮面积和临床相关指标.结果:干预后,研究组患者压疮总发生率(6.82%,3/44)低于对照组(23.81%,10/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后30min、60min研究组患者压疮面积均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者住院天数、压疮恢复时间、首次下床活动时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在老年骨折手术患者中实施"治未病"思想下的PNI,能有效预防压疮发生,减轻压疮程度,有利于提高医疗质量.Objective:To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention(PNI)based on the idea of"traditional Chinese medicine thinking of preventive treatment"in the prevention of acute pressure ulcers in the operating room of elderly fractures patients.Methods:A total of 86 elderly fracture patients who underwent fracture surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research subjects.According to nursing intervention modes,they were divided into study group(n=44,received PNI based on traditional Chinese medicine thinking of preventing disease)and control group(n=42,received routine nursing intervention).The occurrence of pressure ulcers,pressure ulcer area and clinical related indicators were compared between two groups by statistical method.Results:After interventions,the total incidence of pressure ulcers in study group(6.82%,3/44)was lower than that in control group(23.81%,10/42),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The areas of pressure ulcers in study group were smaller than those in control group at 30min and 60min after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization days,pressure ulcer recovery time and first out-of-bed activity time in study group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of PNI under traditional Chinese medicine thinking of preventing disease in elderly fracture patients after fracture surgery can effectively prevent occurrence of pressure ulcers,reduce degree of pressure ulcers,which is conducive to improving the quality of medical care.
