摘　　要：目的:探讨基于需要理论的干预模式在胃溃疡合并溃疡出血患者护理中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年1月至2023年8月本院收治的76例胃溃疡合并溃疡出血患者为研究对象.按随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=38,采取常规护理联合基于需要理论的干预模式)和对照组(n=38,仅采取常规护理).对两组患者均干预至出院.采取统计学方法,比较两组患者止血时间及住院时间、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分及并发症发生率.结果:观察组患者止血时间及住院时间,均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者GQOLI-74各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预期间,观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于需要理论的干预模式,能够缩短胃溃疡合并溃疡出血患者止血时间及住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量.Objective:To explore application effect of intervention mode based on need theory in nursing of patients with gastric ulcer complicated by ulcer bleeding.Methods:A total of 76 patients with gastric ulcer complicated by ulcer bleeding in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as research subjects in this study.By random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=38,received routine care and intervention based on the need theory)and control group(n=38,received routine care only).Both groups were intervened until discharge.The hemostasis time,hospitalization time,GQOLI-74 score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups by statistical methods.Results:The hemostasis time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the GQOLI-74 scores in all dimensions increased in both groups,and the GQOLI-74 scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during intervention period in observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention model based on need theory can shorten duration of hemostasis time and hospitalization time of patients with gastric ulcer complicated by ulcer bleeding,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
