基于智谋理论的护理干预对未足月胎膜早破孕妇妊娠压力及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨智谋理论护理对未足月胎膜早破(PPROM)孕妇妊娠压力及妊娠结局的影响.方法:选取2020年3月至2022年2月本院收治的96例PPROM孕妇作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=45,采用基于智谋理论实施护理干预)和对照组(n=43,采用常规产科护理).采用统计学分析方法,比较两组孕妇的妊娠压力[采用《妊娠压力量表(PPS)》评估]、自我效能[采用《一般自我效能感量表(GSES)》评估]及妊娠结局.结果:干预后,研究组孕妇PPS评分低于对照组,GSES评分高于对照组,不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:PPROM孕妇期待治疗期间接受智谋理论护理干预,能够显著减少妊娠压力,提高自我效能感,从而减少不良事件的发生,改善妊娠结局.Objective:To explore the effect of wisdom theory nursing on pregnancy pressure and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with preterm premature rupture of the membranes(PPROM).Methods:A total of 96 pregnant women with PPROM in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.By the random number table method,they were divided into study group(n=45,received nursing interventions based on wisdom theory)and control group(n=43,received routine obstetric care).The pregnancy stress[evaluated by pregnancy stress scale(PPS)],self-efficacy[evaluated by general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups by statistical analysis methods.Results:After the intervention,the PPS score of study group was lower than that of control group,the GSES score of study group was higher than that of control group,the incidence of adverse event in study group was lower than that in control group,all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Receiving wisdom theory nursing intervention during expectant treatment for pregnant women with PPROM can significantly reduce pregnancy stress,improve self-efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse event,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
