摘　　要：目的:探讨全方位管理干预在进行^(18)F脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)正电子发射型计算机断层显像(PET)/CT检查胃癌患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年10月至2022年10月本院收治的123例胃癌患者为研究对象.根据干预方案将其分为研究组(n=64,采用全方位管理干预)和对照组(n=59,采用常规干预).采用统计学方法,比较两组患者图像合格率、患者心理状态和检查满意度.结果:研究组患者图像一次合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者情绪平稳度、依从性、生活习惯、沟通能力、自我约束评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者检查前、中、后检查满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在胃癌患者^(18)F-FDG PET/CT检查中应用全方位管理干预,可改善患者心理状态及满意度,利于诊断检查工作的开展.Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive management intervention on gastric cancer patients examined by^(18)F deoxyglucose positron emission computed tomography(^(18)F-FDG PET)/CT.Methods:A total of 123 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected in this study.According to intervention plans,they were divided into the study group(n=64,received comprehensive management intervention)and the control group(n=59,received common intervention).The image qualification rate,psychological status,and satisfaction between the two groups were compared by statistical method.Results:The first qualification rate of images in study group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of emotional stabilities,compliance,living habits,communication ability and self-restraint in study group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of study group was higher than that of the control group before,during and after examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive management intervention can effectively improve the psychological status and satisfaction in patients with gastric cancer undergoing^(18)F-FDG PET/CT examination,which is conducive to the examination and diagnosis.
