摘　　要：目的:探讨双层纸塑包装法在手术器械压力蒸汽灭菌中的应用效果.方法:选取2022年9月本院的94件骨科手术小件器械作为研究组,而将2022年8月本院的86件骨科手术小件器械作为对照组.对研究组器械采用双层纸塑包装,而对照组器械采用双层棉布包装;两组器械包装后,均经压力蒸汽灭菌.采取统计学分析方法,比较两组器械的湿包率、常规检查耗时、护士满意度及包装成本.结果:研究组器械湿包率、日常检查耗时、不合格率以及包装成本,均低于对照组,护士对研究组方法灭菌的器械满意度,高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:双层纸塑包装法用于灭菌器械的包装,能够节省工作时间,提高器械灭菌质量和护士的满意度,且包装成本较合理.Objective:To explore the application effects of double-layer paper-plastic packaging method in pressure steam sterilization of surgical instruments.Methods:A total of 94 pieces of orthopedic surgical instruments in our hospital in September 2022 were selected as research objects and included in study group,while 86 pieces of orthopedic surgical instruments in our hospital in August 2022 were selected as control group.The instruments in study group were pressure steam sterilization by packaging in double-layer paper plastic packaging,while the instruments in control group were pressure steam sterilization by packaging in double-layer cotton cloth packaging.The wet pack rate,routine examination time,satisfaction of nurses,and packaging cost were compared between two groups by statistical methods.Results:The wet pack rate,daily inspection time,unqualified rate and packaging cost of the sterilized instruments in study group were lower than those in control group;the satisfaction of nurses with sterilized instruments in study group was higher than that in control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The double-layer paper plastic packaging method used for packaging sterilized instruments can save working time,improve the sterilization quality of instruments and the satisfaction of nurses,and the packaging cost is relatively reasonable.
