摘  要:川渝地区骨干管网部分压缩机后空冷器在夏季高温环境中使用时出现了风扇直接降温效果不达标的情况,为此,研究了增加喷雾降温系统辅助后空冷器进行加速散热的方法进行辅助降温。采用ANSYSWorkbench软件构建后空冷器翅片管束的仿真模型,模拟了不同喷雾降温工况中翅片管束的流场变化,基于数值模拟分析结果,提出了后空冷器喷雾降温系统自动化控制方法。研究结果表明:喷雾量会直接影响后空冷器翅片管管壁换热系数及管内天然气冷却效果,可通过调节喷雾量的大小来控制出口处天然气温度;喷雾液滴直径越小,蒸发吸热效果越好,但会增加设备投资成本;增加喷雾降温装置后的翅片管束散热效果能够满足夏季天然气外输要求;采用喷雾降温系统自动控制方案能够优化设备运行过程,实现节能降耗。The direct cooling effect of fans is not up to standard when the rear air coolers of some compressors in the backbone pipe network of Sichuan and Chongqing are used in the high temperature environment in summer.Therefore,the method of adding a spray cooling system to assist the rear air cooler to accelerate heat dissipation is studied.The simulation model of the finned tube bundle in the rear air cooler is constructed by using ANSYS Workbench software.The flow field variation of the finned tube bundle in different spray cooling conditions is simulated.Based on the numerical simulation analysis results,the automatic control scheme for the rear air cooler spray cooling system is proposed.The results show that the spray volume can directly affect the heat transfer coefficient of the finned tube wall,and the cooling effect of the natural gas in the tube.The outlet natural gas temperature can be controlled by adjusting the spray volume,the smaller the diameter of the spray droplet,the better the evaporative heat absorption effect,but it will increase the equipment investment cost.The heat dissipa-tion effect of the finned tube bundle after adding the spray cooling device can meet the requirements of natural gas export in summer.The automatic control scheme of the spray cooling system can optimize the operation process of the equipment,and achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.
