摘　　要：目前国际新能源EPC项目竞争激烈、风险高且利润趋低,本着控制投标风险和提高投标效益的目的,从技术评审、商务评审、风险评估三个方面对国际新能源EPC投标评审要点做简要论述,梳理出投标过程中的关键环节和关键点。Now international renewable energy project featuresfierce competition,high risk and low profit.Aimed at controlling the bidding risk and improving bidding performance,EPC proposal review of international renewable energy project is discussed in three aspects:technical review,commercial review,risk review,thus main steps and critical contents are also summarized,which shall provide reference for the engineers working in thisfield.
