摘  要:针对现有光幕靶重量大、抗干扰能力弱、测量面积无法调整等问题,设计了1种改进型双L遮断式激光光幕靶,可同时测量垂直入射弹丸的速度与坐标。光幕靶电路板采用模块化方法设计,可根据用户需求灵活地拼接为0.5 m×0.5 m倍数的幕面。光幕靶电路板集成了定制的抗光干扰芯片,可动态调整电路的放大倍数,避免光电二极管进入饱和状态,使光幕靶具有较强的抗光干扰能力。为检验光幕靶的实际性能,开展了强光干扰、坐标、手枪、步枪4类型实验,实验结果表明,光幕靶速度测量精度为5%、坐标测量精度为5 mm。In this paper,aimed at the problems of large weight,weak anti-interference ability and unadjustable measuring area of the existing light curtain target,an improved dual-L laser light screen target(DLST) is designed.It can measure the velocity and coordinates of the vertical incident projectile at the same time.DLST circuit board is designed by modularization method,which can be flexibly spliced to the screen of 0.5 m × 0.5 m multiple according to user's requirement.DLST circuit board integrates custom anti-interference chip,which can dynamically adjust the magnification of the circuit,avoid the photodiode to enter saturation state,so that the light screen target has strong anti-interference ability.To test the actual performance of DLST,four types of experiments are carried out:strong light interference,coordinate,pistol and rifle.The experimental results show that the measuring accuracy of the light screen target is 5% and the measuring accuracy of the coordinate is 5 mm.
