摘 要:生物质燃气炉设计对于提高低碳能源整合利用具有重要价值,采用LES(大涡模拟)方法,分析热管区温度分布及升负荷时出口参数变化,提出敏感温度T_(a),并分析燃料增加比b对其影响,以焓降分析底部燃烧口角度及位置的影响,得出结论:增加底部入口后,烟气流动更加顺畅,热管进、出口管温度不均情况缓解明显。在升负荷时,烟气分布更加均匀,换热均匀性提升。b=3时,流量差异较小。当底部入口角度为60°,距离热管区域距离为0.135 m时,效果最佳。整体上,增加底部燃烧口在提升设备的运行效率的同时,能够显著改善运行安全性,具有较高的应用价值。Design of biomass gas furnace is of great value for improving the combination of low-carbon energy.LES method was used to analyze the temperature distribution of the heating pipe zone and the load increase change of outlet.The sensitive temperature T_(a)was proposed,and the influence of the fuel increase ratio b was analyzed on it.Also,the influence of bottom combustion inlet angles and position was analyzed by studying the enthalpy drop.It is concluded that after adding the bottom inlet,boiler gas flows more smoothly and the uneven temperature of the inlet and outlet areas of the heat pipes are obviously alleviated.Flue gas distribution becomes more uniform during the load increasing.The heat transfer uniformity improves obviously.The difference of flow rate at different positions are relatively small when b=3.The best results is a distance of 0.135 m from the heat pipe area when the bottom inlet angle is 60°.In summary,adding the bottom combustion inlet shows a high application value by leading to the improvement the operation safety and operation efficiency.
