摘 要:以松木屑为原料,腐植酸为改性剂,制备出改性木屑吸附剂并研究其对废水中Cu^(2+)的吸附性能。采用FT-IR、SEM、XPS、XRD、BET、Zeta等手段对相关物质进行表征。结果表明改性木屑中含有羟基和羧基,有更好的孔隙结构,更加有助于吸附Cu^(2+)。探索吸附过程中吸附温度、溶液pH值、Cu^(2+)初始质量浓度和吸附时间对吸附效果的影响;探究吸附过程动力学、热力学变化。实验结果表明:吸附时间为20 min,温度为45℃,pH值为5时吸附效果最佳,吸附率为98.68%,吸附量为157.89 mg/g。该吸附剂对Cu^(2+)的吸附过程符合拟二级动力学模型,Freundlich吸附等温线模型能很好地描述该吸附行为。改性木屑吸附剂经过4次再生后,对Cu^(2+)的吸附率为77.59%。Using pine sawdust as raw material and humic acid as modifier,a modified sawdust adsorbent was prepared and its adsorption performance of Cu^(2+)in wastewater was studied.The related substances were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,XPS,XRD,BET and Zeta.The results show that the modified sawdust contains hydroxyl and carboxyl groups,which has a better pore structure and is more conducive to the adsorption of Cu^(2+).The effects of adsorption temperature,pH of solution,initial mass concentration of Cu^(2+)and adsorption time on the adsorption were investigated.The experimental results show that the best adsorption rate is 98.68%and the adsorption capacity is 157.89 mg/g when the adsorption time is 20 min,the temperature is 45℃and the pH is 5.The adsorption process of Cu^(2+)on the adsorbent accords with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,and the Freundlich sorption isotherm model can well describe the adsorption behavior.The adsorption rate of Cu^(2+)on modified sawdust adsorbent is 77.59%after four times regeneration.
