摘  要:采用壁面反应原理建立冷凝传热模型,模拟研究平直翅片管、矩形翼翅片管以及弓形翼翅片管的通道内湿空气流动及传热传质特性。结果表明:当湿空气入口温度为328 K,水蒸气质量分数为11.2%时,矩形翼翅片管和弓形翼翅片管的传热因子相比于平直翅片管分别提高了24.9%—35.7%、26.7%—36.4%,传质因子分别提高了24.1%—35.4%、25.9%—38.3%,但矩形翼翅片管和弓形翼翅片管通道内工质的流动阻力系数分别增加了19.4%—25.3%、16.8%—22.9%,说明了矩形翼和弓形翼均可提高翅片管的传热传质特性,但也造成了阻力损失的增加。通过对综合传热性能评价因子的分析,矩形翼翅片管和弓形翼翅片管的综合传热性能评价因子值均>1,其综合传热性能均优于平直翅片管,且弓形翼翅片管综合传热性能最优。The condensation heat transfer model was established by using the principle of wall reaction,and the moist air flow and heat and mass transfer characteristics in the channels of plain finned tubes,rectangular wing finned tubes and bow wing finned tubes were simulated.The results show that when the inlet temperature of moist air is 328 K and the water vapor mass fraction is 11.2%,the heat transfer factors of rectangular wing finned tubes and bow wing finned tubes increase respectively by 24.9%-35.7%and 26.7%-36.4%,and the mass transfer factors increase respectively by 24.1%-35.4%and 25.9%-38.3%,but the flow resistance coefficients of the working fluid in the channel of rectangular wing finned tubes and bow wing finned tubes increase respectively by 19.4%-25.3%and 16.8%-22.9%.It is shown that both rectangular and bow wings can improve the heat and mass transfer characteristics of finned tubes,but also increase the drag loss.Through the analysis of comprehensive heat transfer performance evaluation factors,the evaluation factors of rectangular wing finned tubes and bow wing finned tubes are greater than 1,and their comprehensive heat transfer performance is better than that of plain finned tubes,and the comprehensive heat transfer performance of bow wing finned tubes is the best.
