摘 要:本研究在构建土地生产率分类体系、界定各级指标概念及确定测算方法的基础上,运用第三次全国国土调查成果数据及相关统计数据对地处中国西南喀斯特地区的文山壮族苗族自治州及所辖各县(市)农用地生产率体系的第一、二级指标进行了横纵向对比分析,并利用变异系数和趋势面分析法对文山州农用地各项生产率指标的地区差异性和空间格局进行研究。结果表明,纵向角度,文山州的土地综合生产率、农用地生产率、建设用地生产率、种植业用地生产率和林业用地生产率均低于云南省和全国的水平。横向角度,一级指标排序为:建设用地生产率>土地综合生产率>农用地生产率,二级指标排序为:种植业用地生产率>林业用地生产率。从区域差异与空间格局看,文山州一级生产率变异系数排序为:土地综合生产率指数>建设用地生产率指数>农用地生产率指数,二级农用地生产率变异系数排序为:林业用地生产率指数>种植业用地生产率指数,文山州整体的农用地生产率呈现出“西高东低,南高北低”的空间格局。Based on the construction of the land productivity classification system and the determination of its measurement method,this paper uses the results of the Third National Land Survey and related statistical data to conduct horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the first and second-level indicators of the agricultural land productivity system in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture and the counties(cities)under its jurisdiction,which are located in the karst region of southwest China,and uses the coefficient of variation and trend surface analysis to study the regional differences and spatial patterns of the agricultural land productivity in Wenshan Prefecture.The results show that,from the longitudinal comparison,the comprehensive land productivity,agricultural land productivity,construction land productivity,plantation land productivity and forestry land productivity of Wenshan Prefecture are all lower than those of Yunnan Province and the whole country.In terms of horizontal comparison,the ranking pattern of primary productivity indicators is:construction land productivity>comprehensive land productivity>agricultural land productivity.The ranking pattern of secondary indicators is:plantation land productivity>forestry land productivity.In the aspect of regional variability and spatial pattern,the ranking pattern of productivity coefficient of variation at the first level in Wenshan Prefecture is:comprehensive land productivity index>construction land productivity index>agricultural land productivity index.The ranking pattern of productivity coefficient of variation at the second level in agricultural land is:forestry land productivity index>plantation land productivity index.In the respect of spatial pattern,the overall productivity of agricultural land in Wenshan Prefecture shows a trend of“high in the west and low in the east,high in the south and low in the north”.
