摘 要:围产期是奶牛生产周期中的最关键时期,处于围产期的奶牛不仅使机体容易出现能量负平衡和免疫力低下等问题,而且对日粮营养需求相对较高。为防止奶牛机体在围产期出现代谢紊乱和能量负平衡,本文从奶牛瘤胃微生物组成、奶牛瘤胃微生物与能量负平衡关系、奶牛瘤胃微生物与生产性能关系、奶牛瘤胃微生物重塑对能量负平衡调控4个方面,综述奶牛瘤胃微生物对围产期能量负平衡调控研究进展,为围产期奶牛能量调控研究提供理论参考。The perinatal period is the most critical period in the production cycle of cows.Cows in the perinatal period not only make their bodies prone to problems such as negative energy balance and weakened immunity,but also have relatively high nutritional requirements for their diets.To prevent metabolic disorders and negative energy balance in cows during the perinatal period,this paper reviewed the research progress of rumen microbiota in cows on the regulation of negative energy balance in the perinatal period from four aspects:composition of rumen microbiota in cows,relationship between rumen microbiota and negative energy balance in cows,relationship between rumen microbiota and production performance in cows,and reshaping of rumen microbiota in cows on the regulation of negative energy balance to provide theoretical reference for the study of energy regulation in perinatal cows.
