摘　　要：中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化,新型农村集体经济是新时期实现共同富裕的重要模式探索,其核心特征是联农带农。鉴于此,立足对Y市、Z市、W市的实地考察,构建“共同利益—认同—信任—有效参与”分析框架,并据此分析农民主体缺位的根源在于农民获益有限困境、农民参与成效提升瓶颈及其所造成的认同危机和信任缺失。结合三市典型行政村新型农村集体经济发展中农民主体地位建构经验进行跨案例分析,归纳农民主体地位实现路径:加强基层党建引领带动,完善“农民本位”多方联建机制,推进“新内源式自组织”载体建设;促进集体经济多元化发展、多元主体公平合作等,拓展共同利益,强化农民认同,实现农民受益主体地位;赋能于农,完善农民激励机制、参与机制与决策程序等,促进农民有效参与,增进农民信任,实现农民行为主体地位,把新型农村集体经济改革发展成果由全体人民共建共享的目标落到实处。Chinese-style modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all people,and the new rural collective economy is an important mode exploration to realize common prosperity in the new period,with its core feature of linking agriculture with farmers.In view of this,based on the on-the-spot investigation of Y,Z and W cities,this paper constructs an analytical framework of “common interests—identity—trust—effective participation”,and analyzes that the root cause of the absence of farmers' subjectivity lies in the limited benefit of farmers,the bottleneck of improving the effectiveness of farmers' participation and hence the identity crisis and lack of trust.Combined with the construction experience of farmers' principal position in the development of new rural collective economy in typical administrative villages of three cities,this paper makes a cross-case analysis and summarizes the ways to realize farmers' principal position:strengthening the leadership of grassroots party building,perfecting the multi-party joint construction mechanism of “farmers' standard” and promoting the construction of “new endogenous self-organization” carrier;consolidating the common interests of farmers and collectives,expanding common interests,strengthen farmers' identity,and realizing farmers' status as beneficiaries;empowering agriculture,expanding farmers' participation space,promoting farmers' effective participation,enhancing farmers' trust,realizing farmers' status as the main subject of behavior,and implementing the goal of building and sharing the fruits of new rural collective economic reform and development by all the people.
