摘　　要：图书馆基本理念,是人们对图书馆的性质、功能以及如何实现图书馆的社会价值等问题所做出的基本判断。蒋永福先生是我国当代图书馆基本理念研究领域的重要骨干成员之一,他的图书馆基本理念研究,主要包括人文图书馆学研究和图书馆制度研究两方面。全面考察蒋永福先生的图书馆基本理念研究成果,归纳和评价他的基本观点,旨在对其相关研究成果简略总结,让更多人了解其学术贡献。The basic idea on library is the basic judgment made by people regarding the nature,the function,and how to realize the social value of libraries.Mr.Jiang Yongfu is one of the important backbone members in the research field of the basic idea on the contemporary library in China.His research on the basic idea on library mainly includes two aspects:the research of the humanistic library science and the research of the library system.The purpose of comprehensively examining Mr.Jiang Yongfu's research results on the basic concept of libraries and summarizing and evaluating his basic ideas is to provide an abbreviated summary of his relevant research results so that more people can understand his academic contributions.
