公共图书馆未成年人心理健康服务现状、问题及其对策研究

摘　　要：公共图书馆开展健康信息服务能够促进公众健康知识普及,助推健康中国建设。文章采用网络调查法和文献调查法,从服务资源、主题内容、服务对象、服务主体和服务方式五个方面调查我国32所省级公共图书馆未成年人心理健康服务开展情况,总结现阶段存在的不足并提出相应建议。调查发现,各省级公共图书馆存在资源获取便捷性不足、服务内容缺乏系统性、服务对象设置失衡、合作机制成熟度不高、服务形式较为单一的问题,需加强专栏化建设,构建主题服务内容,细化服务对象,强化与其他组织的合作交流并拓宽服务路径,以此促进我国公共图书馆健康信息服务工作的发展。The health information service provided by public libraries can promote the popularization of public health knowledge,thus contributing to the construction of Healthy China.The article uses the network survey method and the literature survey method,to investigate the mental health service for minors in 32 provincial public libraries in China from five aspects:service resources,subject content,service object,service subject and service mode,sums up the existing problems at this stage and makes corresponding recommendations.The investigation found that the public libraries at the provincial level have some problems,such as lack of convenient access to resources,lack of systematization of service contents,imbalance of service objects,low maturity of cooperation mechanism and relatively single service form.It is necessary to strengthen the column construction,construct the subject service content,refine the service object,strengthen the cooperation with other organizations and broaden the service mode,so as to promote the development of the health information service of public libraries in our country.
