摘 要:研究环形退火炉在旋转期间炉内热量损失的原因,以及相应的改进措施。根据台车旋转的动作特性,从优化低焰燃烧参数及台车旋转时序两个方面来降低旋转期间的热量损失。改进后燃烧环路基本同时进入低焰燃烧状态,附属设备动作占用时间降低,旋转期间低焰燃烧的持续时间大幅降低。降低低焰燃烧的持续时间可以有效地减少旋转期间炉内的热量损失,为炉况的稳定运行发挥重要作用。Study the causes of heat loss in the rotary annealing furnace during rotation,and corresponding improvement measures.According to the motion characteristics of the hearth rotary,the heat loss during rotation can be reduced by optimizing the parameters of low flame combustion and the time sequence of the hearth rotary.After improvement,the combustion loop basically enters low flame combustion state at the same time,and the action time of auxiliary equipment is reduced,the duration of low flame combustion during rotation is significantly reduced.Reducing the duration of low flame combustion can effectively reduce the heat loss in the furnace during rotation,which plays an important role in the stable operation of the furnace condition.
