摘　　要：本文利用研制的在线振动监测系统,对热连轧产线精轧机组传动系统减速机和齿轮座轴承发生的保持架及内圈缺陷进行故障诊断,实施预防性措施,避免发生较大的轧机事故,为此类故障的分析判断、预防性诊断提供借鉴。This article uses the developed online vibration monitoring system to diagnose the faults of the cage and inner ring defects in the transmission system bearings of the hot rolling production line precision rolling unit.Preventive measures are implemented to avoid major equipment accidents and provide reference for the analysis,judgment,and preventive diagnosis of such faults.
