摘 要:本文提出了一种冷轧边丝在线撕碎系统,该系统具有故障率低、废料处理范围广等优点。为实现该方案与相关设备的设计,本文对冷轧边丝的撕碎过程进行分析,依次通过对单刀齿撕碎力、同时参与撕碎的剪切齿数分别进行建模,建立了冷轧边丝在线撕碎系统撕碎功率模型。基于该模型,对撕碎设备的刀齿数与重叠量与撕碎功率的关系进行分析,得到了电机功率与刀齿数的定量关系,发现电机功率与撕碎力随重叠量的增大而分别增大与减小,为系统设计提供了理论指导。This article proposes an online shredding system for trimming edge,which has the advantages of low failure rate and wide processing range.To implement the design of the scheme and related equipment,this paper analyzes the shredding process of trimming edge,and establishes a shredding power model for the online shredding system of trimming edge by modeling the shredding force of a single blade and the number of shearing teeth involved in the shredding process.Based on this model,the relationship between the number of blades,the amount of overlap,and the shredding power of the shredding equipment was analyzed,and a quantitative relationship between the motor power and the number of blades was obtained.It was found that the motor power and the shredding force increased and decreased respectively with the increase of the amount of overlap,providing theoretical guidance for the design of the system.
