摘　　要：为了提高高炉炉前液压控制系统运行的稳定性,提升的生产效率,对炉前液压泥炮、开口机进行了遥控改进。通过增加PLC电控柜、电磁阀台、操作台和遥控器等设备,对泥炮和开口机的控制方式进行了优化改进。经过对高炉炉前泥炮、开口机进行的遥控改造,改进了液压泥炮、开口机的作业性能,降低炉前设备故障率,提高操作的可靠性和环保的优越性,满足了高炉不断强化的生产要求和提高了钢厂的经济效益。In order to improve the stability of the hydraulic control system in front of the blast furnace and improve production efficiency,remote control improvements have been to the hydraulic mud gun and opening machine in front of the furnace.By adding PLC control cabinet,solenoid valve console,operation console,remote controller and other equipment,the control mode of the mud gun and the opener is optimized.The practice shows that the operation performance of the hydraulic mud gun opener in front of the blast furnace in improved,the failure rate of the equipment in front of the furnace is reduced,the reliability of operation is improved and the advantages of environmental protection are increased through the remote control transformation of the hydraulic mud gun opener in front of the blast furnace,The production requirements of the blast furnace are continuously strengthened and the economic benefits of the steel plant are improved.
