美西方语境语义中的“民粹主义”及其马克思主义分析

摘　　要：“民粹主义”现象在美国有百余年历史,以美国为代表的“民粹主义”话语体系在当今世界仍具有重大影响。“民粹主义”不仅是西方学界分析社会政治现象的重要理念和话语表达,而且也是国际社会观察西方民众情绪和政治动向的重要窗口。认识美国“民粹主义”的源起、历史演进及其表现,认识西方学者眼中的“民粹主义”内涵及特征,并运用马克思主义理论和方法加以分析,有助于我们厘清美西方“民粹主义”话语的语境及语义,有助于我们认清美西方“民粹主义”话语的实质。我国是中国共产党执政的社会主义国家,社会主义制度有着资本主义不可比拟的优越性,中国社会没有产生西方“民粹主义”的条件和土壤,要避免在中国照搬滥用西方“民粹主义”话语。The phenomenon of “populism” has a history of more than 100 years in the United States, and the discourse system of “populism” represented by the United States still has a significant influence in the world today. “Populism” is not only an important concept and discourse expression for Western academics to analyze social and political phenomena, but also an important window for the international community to observe the sentiments and political trends of Western people.Understanding the origin, historical evolution and manifestations of “populism” in the United States,understanding the connotation and characteristics of “populism” in the eyes of Western scholars, and using Marxist theories and methods to analyze it will help us clarify the context and semantics of the discourse of “populism” in the United States and the West, and help us recognize the essence of the discourse of “populism” in the United States and the West. China is a socialist country ruled by the Communist Party, the socialist system has the incomparable superiority of capitalism, and there are no conditions and soil for the emergence of Western “populism” in Chinese society.
