新质生产力导向下数字产业赋能现代化产业体系研究——基于补点、建链、固网三位一体的视角

摘　　要：数字产业是新质生产力的主要特征和重要内容,是建设现代化产业体系的关键引擎。如何通过数字产业赋能现代化产业体系,将是影响全面建设中国式现代化的重要现实命题。本文基于2021~2022年产业链与供应链最新数据,刻画数字产业赋能现代化产业体系的特征化事实,融合理论模型和压力测试模拟,形成数字产业赋能现代化产业体系的补点和建链路径,并进一步通过时态指数随机图模型对节点和链接因素的影响效应进行分析,探索固网的关键方向。本文的主要结论是:数字产业对现代化产业体系发挥三维赋能作用,即以节点实现产业规模赋能、以链条实现产业水平赋能和以网络实现产业结构赋能;数字产业赋能现代化产业体系存在直接效应与间接效应,对数字产业尤其是核心数字产业率先补点和建链能够大幅稳固产业网络;内生链接因素与外生节点因素对现代化产业体系的影响大小与作用方向有所差异,需要形成配套政策支持建立紧密产业网络关系。本文有助于清晰刻画数字产业作为关键新质生产力在现代化产业体系中的地位作用,并破解如何通过数字产业的补点、建链、固网赋能现代化产业体系的路径优化问题。The digital industry is the main feature and important content of new quality productivity,and is the key engine for building a modern industrial system.How to empower the modern industrial system through the digital industry is an important practical proposition affecting the comprehensive construction of Chinese modernization.This paper utilizes the most recent data on the industrial chain and supply chain from 2021 to 2022 to describe the characteristic facts of the digital industry empowering the modern industrial system.Theoretical models and stress test simulations are utilized to form supplementary nodes and establish link paths for the digital industry to empower the modern industrial system.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the influence effect of the temporal exponential random graph model on node and link factors,and explores the key directions of the fixed network.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:The digital industry plays a three-dimensional enabling role in the modern industrial system,that is,the industrial scale empowerment is realized by nodes,the industrial level empowerment is realized by links,and the industrial structure is realized by the network.The digital industry has direct and indirect effects on empowering the modern industrial system.By Supplementing nodes and building links for the digital industry,especially the core digital industry,we can significantly stabilize the industrial network.The impact magnitude and influence direction of endogenous link factors and exogenous node factors on the modern industrial system are various.Therefore,it is necessary to form matching policies to promote the establishment of close industrial network relationships.This paper is helpful in clearly describing the status and role of the digital industry as a key new quality productivity in the modern industrial system.At the same time,it helps to solve the path optimization problem of how to empower the modern industrial system by supplementing nodes,establishing links,and fixing networks
