冠状动脉造影与血管内超声心动图辅助PCI技术治疗冠心病的效果差异

摘　　要：目的对比分析冠状动脉造影(CAG)与血管内超声心动图(IVE)辅助经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)技术治疗冠心病的效果差异。方法选择接受PCI技术治疗的90例冠心病患者为研究对象,依据患者于PCI术中选用影像学检查技术的不同,分为CAG组(CAG技术,n=45)和IVE组(IVE技术,n=45),比较两组患者的手术情况、临床结局及并发症的发生情况。结果IVE组患者的球囊扩张支架最大压力、管腔最大直径、PCI后管腔最小直径均大于CAG组,支架植入效果良好率高于CAG组(97.78%vs.82.22%),并发症发生率及心肌梗死、心绞痛住院的发生率均低于CAG组(均P<0.05)。结论在辅助PCI技术治疗冠心病中,相较于CAG,IVE可进一步提升支架植入效果、降低并发症发生率、改善患者临床结局。Objective To conduct a comparable analysis of coronary angiography(CAG)and intravascular echocardiography(IVE)assisted percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)technique in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety patients with coronary heart disease who treated by PCI were selected as research objects.According to the different imaging techniques used in PCI,patients were divided into CAG group(CAG technique,45 cases)and IVE group(IVE technique,45 cases).The surgical conditions,clinical outcomes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The maximum pressure of balloon dilation stent,the maximum lumen diameter and the minimum lumen diameter after PCI in the IVE group were greater than those in the CAG group,the good rate of stent implantation effect was higher than that in the CAG group(97.78%vs.82.22%),and the incidence of complications,incidence of hospitalization for angina pectoris and myocardial infarction were lower than those in the CAG group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CAG,IVE can further improve the effect of stent implantation,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the clinical outcomes of patients in the treatment of coronary heart disease with assisted PCI technique.
