摘 要:某火电厂2号高加正常疏水管道在运行过程中出现明显振动,严重影响了发电机组的安全稳定运行。经过现场测量,发现6号刚性吊架和7号弹簧吊架周围管段Y向振动超标。应用CAESAR II软件对管道进行了应力和计算模态分析,认为2号高加正常疏水管道柔性偏大,所产生的振动是机组高负荷运行时,管道内部激励与管道固有频率耦合较好而发生的共振。从提高管道固有频率,降低管道振动速度与幅值的角度入手,选定增加阻尼器的振动治理方案,并结合极端工况下的管道水锤力和现场生根点,确定了阻尼器规格和安装位置。振动治理方案实施后,管道固有频率明显提高,管道振动幅值和振动速度均大幅降低。管道振动评估结果达到优秀水平。The normal drain pipe of No.2 high pressure heater of a thermal power plant had vibrated obviously during operation,which seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the generator set.After measurement,it was found that the Y-direction vibration around the No.6 rigid hanger and No.7 spring hanger exceeded the standard.The modal and stress analysis of pipe system was carried out by CAESAR II software,it had shown that pipe was too flexible and the vibration was the resonance which caused by the good coupling between the internal excitation and the natural frequency of the pipe system When the unit operated at high load.In order to improve the natural frequency and reduce the vibration velocity and amplitude of the pipe system,the vibration control scheme adding dampers to the pipe was selected.Combined with the water hammer force of the pipeline under extreme working conditions and the site rooting point,the specifications and installation positions of dampers were determined.After the implementation of the vibration control scheme,the natural frequency of the pipe system has significantly increased,the vibration amplitude and vibration velocity of the pipe system have greatly reduced,the evaluated results of the vibration has reached an excellent level.
