摘 要:某600 MW机组配套的两台汽动给水泵表现出完全不同的振动现象,1A给泵主要表现为#4轴振的间歇性波动,1B给泵主要是#1和#2轴振在特定转速范围内的突增。通过现场测试分析,对两台给泵振动特征进行总结诊断,指出1A给泵的#4轴振波动主要是油膜失稳引起,1B给泵的#1、#2轴振波动主要是低压进汽调门缺陷引起的气流激振。通过相应的运行和检修措施,成功解决了该汽动给水泵组异常振动的问题。The vibration phenomena of two steam feedwater pump is completely different.The 1A feedwater pump mainly exhibits intermittent fluctuations on#4 shaft vibration,while the 1B feedwater pump mainly exhibits a sudden increase on#l and#2 shaft vibration within a specific speed range.Through on-site testing from TSI system and analysis,vibration characteristics of the two feedwater pumps were summarized and diagnosed.It was pointed out that the#4 fluctuations vibration of 1A feedwater pump were mainly caused by oil film instability,while the#1 and#2 vibration fluctuations of 1B feedwater pump were caused by airflow excitation,which caused by defects in the low-pressure steam inlet regulating valve.Through corresponding operation and maintenance measures,the abnormal vibration of the steam feedwater pump was successfully resolved.
