摘  要:某1000 MW机组增容改造后运行中出现8瓦瓦振逐渐爬升现象,瓦振高达13.8 mm/s,接近跳机值。现场通过一系列的振动测试及分析,排除各类因素,最终得出轴瓦台板与混凝土基础之间的基础螺栓存在松动为主要原因,励磁机转子轴振较大为次要原因,同时分析轴瓦受力情况,在不停运机组的情况下,采取重新拧紧基础螺栓的措施后,8瓦瓦振下降至3.5 mm/s,验证了振动判断的正确性。The gradual climbing phenomenon of No.8 bush vibration in the operation of a 1000 MW unit after uprating is introduced.The bush vibration is as high as 13.8 mm/s,close to the tripping value.Through a series of vibration tests and analysis,various factors were excluded.Finally,it was concluded that the looseness of the foundation bolt between the bearing plate and the concrete foundation was the main reason,and the large shaft vibration of exciter rotor was secondary reason.At the same time,the force of bearing was analyzed.In the case of non-stopping the unit,after the measure of tightening the foundation bolt again,the vibration of the 8 bush decreased to 3.5 mm/s,which verified the correctness of the vibration judgment.
