摘  要:小口径管子焊缝进行数字射线检测过程中,只能定性说明存在焊瘤,无法对焊瘤高度进行准确的定量描述,容易引起通球试验卡球及运行时焊口处堵塞爆管等问题。通过制作典型焊瘤试样结合DR检测数据,研究出焊瘤尺寸的测量方法。本方法使用数字射线技术,利用不同高度焊瘤的灰度变化寻找测量焊瘤高度尺寸,形成有效质量控制,降低质量问题处理成本。In the process of digital radiographic testing of small diameter pipe weld,it can only qualitatively indicate the existence of weld nodules,but can not accurately describe the height of weld nodules,which is easy to cause problems such as ball stuck in the pass ball test and plugging and bursting of weld joints during operation.Through the production of typical overlap samples combined with DR detection data,the measurement method of overlap size is studied.This method uses digital ray technology to find a method to measure overlap height size by using the gray changes of different heights of overlap,forming effective quality control and reducing the cost of handling quality problems.
