摘  要:通过将潜水电机技术与开发的先进水力技术相结合,开发一种新型利用有压管路压力能的管道一体式发电机组。该技术保持了先进的水力性能,利用潜水电机技术,克服了传统发电机组冷却、散热、密封等难题。对机组的水力设计进行了模型试验性能测试。该项技术在某工程上成功运用,各项性能指标满足合同和设计要求。A new type of the integral hydroelectric generating unit for conveyor pipeline IIS of using water pressure energy is developed.It is a new electro-mechanical integration product developed by combining submersible motor technology with hydraulic technology,the excellent characteristics of hydraulic performance are maintained,the problems of cooling,heat dissipation and sealing of the traditional tubular generator by using the submersible motor technology are solved.The hydraulic design is verified with the model performance test,and the technology has been successfully applied in a project,the performances meet the contract and the design requirements.
