摘 要:随着城市人口的增加以及工业发展,污泥产生量不断增加,污泥同时具备资源属性和污染属性,污泥的不当处置将对环境和人类健康带来危害风险。污泥资源化处理是解决这一问题的有效途径之一。充分认识污泥资源属性,基于无害化、减量化、稳定化效率最高的污泥楚烧工艺,开展提高资源水平的方案研究,分级识别污泥中有机质、营养物质及黏土质的组成和占比,分析各物质的资源化方法、回收阶段,为实现污泥中资源、能源的全量化管理与高效利用的研究发展提供思路。With the increase of urban population and industrial development,the amount of sludge generated is increasing.Sludge has both resource and pollution properties,improper disposal of sludge will bring harmful risks to the environment and human health.Sludge resource treatment is one of the effective ways to solve this problem.Fully understanding the resource attributes of sludge,based on the sludge incineration process with the highest efficiency of harmlessness,reduction and stabilization,carrying out research on programs to improve the level of resources,hierarchically identifying the composition and percentage of organic matter,nutrients and clay in sludge,analyzing the method of resourcing each substance,and the stage of recycling,to provide ideas for the research and development of the realization of the all-quantitative management and efficient use of resources and energy in sludge.
