摘 要:随着“一带一路”项目不断落地,很多工程企业不断参与到国际工程项目建设中,其中设备采购占据了工程项目很大部分成本,因此设备采购的管理对项目的成败起到关键作用,设备采购工作要具备前瞻性,要对当地的采购市场进行深入地了解,应用合理、科学的方式提高采购计划的可实施性,提前划分好国内国外部分的采购清单。本文以斯里兰卡固体废弃物处理项目为例,介绍海外工程项目设备采购、设备海运、设备清关、设备仓储管理等各个环节如何控制成本,以达到项目降低成本、增加效益的目的。As the Belt and Road Initiative projects continue to be implemented,many engineering companies are increasingly involved in international engineering projects.Equipment procurement accounts for a large portion of the project costs,so effective management of equipment procurement plays a crucial role in the success or failure of a project.Equipment procurement work needs to be forward-looking and requires an in-depth understanding of the local procurement market.It should employ rational and scientific methods to enhance the feasibility of procurement plans and to pre-divide procurement lists for domestic and international components.Taking the solid waste treatment project in Sri Lanka as an example,this article introduces how to control costs in various aspects such as overseas engineering project equipment procurement,equipment shipping,equipment customs clearance,and equipment warehousing management to achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the project.
