摘 要:MXene具有较大比表面积和优异的导电性,当与金属氧化物半导体结合时可以抑制片层团聚,还可以大大提高载流子转移速率,提高气敏性能。通过简单的水热和煅烧两步法成功合成了Fe_(2)O_(3)/Nb_(2)O_(5)/Nb_(4)C_(3)T_(x)三元复合材料。通过表征,Fe_(2)O_(3)微米球分布在MXene纳米片层之间。气敏测试结果表明,与原始Fe_(2)O_(3)相比,Fe_(2)O_(3)/Nb_(2)O_(5)/Nb_(4)C_(3)T_(x)传感器对丙酮的响应能力有明显的提高。传感器灵敏度高,选择性较好,对环境中浓度为5×10^(-6)的丙酮响应高(R_(a)/R_(g)=7:81,30%RH),响应和恢复速度快,具有出色的重复性和长期稳定性。Fe_(2)O_(3)/Nb_(2)O_(5)/Nb_(4)C_(3)T_(x)传感器具有良好的气敏性能,主要因为三元复合材料提供了较大比表面积和丰富的氧空位,增强了活性位点,使得气体易于在传感器表面扩散,为开发丙酮敏感复合材料提供了参考。MXene exhibits a high specific surface area and excellent electrical conductivity.Combined with metal oxide semiconductors,it can effectively prevent the agglomeration of lamellar structures and significantly enhance the carrier transfer rate,thereby enhancing gas-sensitive performance.Fe_(2)O_(3)/Nb_(2)O_(5)/Nb_(4)C_(3)T_(x) ternary composites were successfully synthesized using a straightforward twostep hydrothermal and calcination method.Fe_(2)O_(3) microspheres were characterized to be distributed between the layers of MXene nanosheets.Gas-sensitive test results demonstrate a significant enhancement in the responsiveness of the Fe_(2)O_(3)/Nb_(2)O_(5)/Nb_(4)C_(3)T_(x) sensor to acetone compared to the pristine Fe_(2)O_(3).The sensor exhibits high sensitivity,improved selectivity,and a strong response to 5×10^(-6) acetone(R_(a)/R_(g)=7:81,30%RH).Additionally,it demonstrates rapid response and recovery times,excellent reproducibility,and long-term stability.The excellent gas-sensitive performance of the Fe_(2)O_(3)/Nb_(2)O_(5)/Nb_(4)C_(3)T_(x) sensor can be attributed to the large specific surface area and abundant oxygen vacancies provided by the ternary composite material.These features enhance the availability of active sites,facilitating the diffusion of gases on the sensor surface,which provides valuable insights into the development of acetonesensitive material composites.
