摘　　要：肺癌既有肺系疾病因机证治的一般规律,又有“癌毒”滋生、侵蚀、蔓延、传舍的独特性所在。朴炳奎教授立足于“扶正培本”治则,结合其“综合治疗、治发机先”理念,旨在启上源,重气阴,治病求本,注重澄源蠲浊,通阳调气、养阴护体,血气以平;阜中土,泌气汁,轻灵运脾,强调受气取汁,以化源为基、消导和胃,以复运为要;参以化痰瘀,破毒窠,抑消抗癌之法,临证应宗复法,易攻守,以求调衡致和之效。Lung cancer not only has the general rule of lung diseases due to pathogenesis and treatment,but also has the uniqueness of'cancer virus'breeding,erosion,spread and transmission.Professor PIAO Bingkui,based on the principle of'strengthening the integrity and cultivating the foundation',combined with his concept of'comprehensive treatment and taking the opportunity to cure the disease',aims to enlighten the source,focus on qi and yin,treat the disease and seek the foundation,pay attention to clarifying the source and removing the turbidity,invigorate the yang and regulate the qi,nourish the yin and protect the body,and level the blood and qi;cultivate middle soil,secrete qi and juice,and transport the spleen lightly and flexibly.It emphasizes that receiving qi and extracting juice should be based on transforming the source,dissipating the channel and harmonizing thestomach,and the key is to transport again;take part in the method of removing phlegm and blood stasis,breaking the toxin nest,suppressing and eliminating cancer,and the clinical syndrome should be treated with the method of Zongfu,which is easy to attack and defend,in order to balance the effect of causing peace.
