泻肺利水法治疗扩张型心肌病临证经验

摘　　要：国家级名老中医许心如教授率先提出气虚水停是心力衰竭的重要病机,泻肺利水法是治疗心力衰竭气虚水停证的重要治法,并创立具有“泻肺利水”功效的心衰合剂应用于临床,取得了良好的临床疗效。刘红旭教授继承许教授泻肺利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭的学术思想,并在心衰合剂的基础上化裁治疗扩张型心肌病,根据扩张型心肌病心衰的不同阶段加用益气、温阳、活血、逐瘀等治法,疗效甚佳,可有效缓解患者临床症状、提高生活质量,具有单独或协同常规西药抑制心室重塑、提高心功能的作用。Professor XU Xinru,a famous national traditional Chinese medicine doctor,takes the lead in proposing that qi deficiency and water stagnation is an important cause of heart failure,and the method of purging lung and promoting water is an important treatment for heart failure with qi deficiency and water stagnation syndrome.She establishes a Xinshuai Mixture with the effect of'purging lung and promoting water'which has achieved good clinical effect.Professor LIU Hongxu inherites professor XU's academic thought on the treatment of chronic heart failure by purging lung and promoting diuresis,and adaptes the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy based on the Xinshuai Mixture.According to the different stages of heart failure in dilated cardiomyopathy,combine with the treatment methods such as replenishing qi,warming yang,activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis,etc.obtain excellent curative effects,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,and have the effect of inhibiting ventricular remodeling and improving cardiac function alone or in combination with conventional Western medicine.
