摘  要:拆方研究是将中药复方减去一味或几味中药以观察疗效的变化或寻找有效成分的一种研究方法。中药复方拆方研究呈现系统化、交互式趋势,以中医药理论模式进行基础研究,辅以中药化学成分及应用数理原理指导研究。中药复方拆方研究有利于进一步阐明中药复方配伍作用机制,为中药新药开发提供新思路借鉴及临床合理用药提供理论指导。文章梳理了拆方研究的目的、研究思路和方法、存在的问题,并对中药复方拆方研究方向进行了展望,为日后拆方研究提供参考。Disassembled prescription study is a research that subtracts one or several Chinese materia meidica from prescriptions,and doctors observe changes in therapeutic effects or search for effective ingredients.The disassembled prescription study of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound presents a systematic and interactive trend.The basic research is carried out based on the theoretical model of TCM,and the research is guided by the chemical composition of TCM and the applied mathematical principles.The disassembled prescription study of TCM compound is conducive to further elucidating the mechanism of the compatibility of TCM compounds,providing new ideas for reference for the development of new TCM drugs and theoretical guidance for clinical rational drug use.The article outlines the purpose,research ideas,methods and existing problems of disassembled research,and the research direction of the disassembled prescription study of TCM compound is prospected,so as to provide reference for the future research on the disassembled prescription study.
