糖尿病前期不同中医证型的舌象特征观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糖尿病前期人群不同中医证型舌象特征规律。方法:通过TFDA-1型舌诊仪采集舌象图像和舌诊分析系统得到舌象图像数据,结合《健康状态简单评估问卷H20》量表、《中医临床四诊信息记录表》采集糖尿病前期患者症状资料用以辨证分型,观察不同证型下舌象舌质、舌苔和纹理特征数据分析。结果:血糖升高组和对照组在TB-Cr、TB-Cb、TB-ASM、TB-CON、TB-ENT、TB-MEAN、TC-B、TC-H、TC-Cb、TC-ASM、TC-CON、TC-ENT、TC-MEAN、PerAll、PerPart值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。在不同中医证型下,舌质指标TB-R、TB-G、TB-B、TB-S、TB-I、TB-L、TB-a、TB-b、TB-Y、TB-Cr、TB-Cb,舌苔指标TC-R、TC-G、TC-H、TC-S、TC-I、TC-L、TC-a、TC-b、TC-Y、TC-Cr、TC-Cb、PerAll差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病早期人群中,客观化的中医舌象特征指标能指示一定的病理状态,也可以作为中医辨证分型诊断的依据和参考。Objective:To observe the characteristics of tongue in different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes in prediabetes population.Methods:The TFDA-1 digital tongue imager and tongue diagnosis analysis system were used to obtain tongue parameters,and the data parameters of tongue image were obtained.Symptom data of patients by prediabetes were collected for syndrome differentiation by combining with Health Assessment Questionnaire(H20)and Four Diagnostic Information Collection Table of Chinese Medicine,and then the characteristics data of tongue texture,tongue coating and texture were analyzed under different syndrome types.Results:The values of TB-Cr,TB-Cb,TB-ASM,TB-CON,TB-ENT,TB-MEAN,TC-B,TC-H,TC-Cb,TC-ASM,TC-CON,TC-ENT,TC-MEAN,PerAll and PerPart between the prediabetic group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.01,P<0.05).Under different TCM syndromes,tongue quality indicators TB-R,TB-G,TBB,TB-S,TB-I,TB-L,TB-a,TB-b,TB-Y,TB-Cr,TB-Cb,and tongue coating indicators TC-R,TC-G,TB-H,TC-S,TC-i,TC-L,TC-a,TC-b,TC-Y,TC-Cr,and TC-Cb and PerAll showed statistical difference in different syndrome types(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the prediabetes population,the objectified TCM tongue characteristic index can indicate certain pathological state,and can also be used as the basis and reference for TCM syndrome differentiation and classification diagnosis.
