摘　　要：扫描电化学显微镜是结合了电化学检测技术、超微电极技术以及三维操纵技术发展起来的一种微区电化学研究方法,其显著的优势在于较高的时间分辨、空间分辨以及独有的化学反应活性分辨,广泛应用于电极过程动力学、电化学成像、电化学微纳制造、电分析、生物化学等领域。然而,如何利用实验数据进行分析得到定量、可靠的待研究界面反应的动力学数据,在很多教材以及教学过程中并没有很明确的描述,导致多数初学者在学习和科研中有一些困惑。针对以上问题主要介绍了几种常用的利用SECM实验定量分析动力学参数的方法。同时,提出了一种基于COMSOL和MATLAB联用的非线性拟合方法,可快速获得反应动力学常数,以期对开展相关研究的人员和学生提供帮助。Scanning electrochemical microscopy(SECM)is a microelectrochemical research method that has evolved by combining electrochemical detection technology,ultramicroelectrode technology,and three-dimensional manipulation technology.Its significant advantages lie in its high temporal resolution,spatial resolution,and unique chemical reaction activity resolution.SECM is widely applied in the fields of electrode process dynamics,electrochemical imaging,electrochemical micro/nano manufacturing,electroanalysis,and biochemistry.However,how to analyze experimental data to obtain quantitative and reliable kinetic data for the studied interfacial reactions is not clearly described in many textbooks and teaching processes.This article primarily introduces several commonly used methods for quantitative analysis of kinetic parameters in SECM experiments.Meanwhile,a nonlinear fitting method based on the combined use of COMSOL and MATLAB is proposed,which can rapidly obtain the kinetic constants of reactions,aiming to assist researchers and students engaged in related studies.
