基于AHP层次分析法的潮玩盲盒用户需求研究

摘　　要：为明晰市场上主流的潮玩盲盒商品特征,了解潮玩消费者的核心需求,文章引入AHP层次分析法建构递阶层次模型,将各用户需求指标转化为判断矩阵并计算排序,在此基础上提取关键的设计要素,力图从目前潮玩市场同质化严重的阶段中找到突破口,帮助后续设计实践拓宽思路。AHP方法的应用一定程度上规避了用户需求提取时的主观性,从消费者的角度进一步的了解其本质需求,为潮玩盲盒的设计研究提供了一定的理论支撑与发展方向。To clarify the characteristics of mainstream Designer Toy blind boxes in the market and understand the core needs of Designer Toy consumers,the article introduces AHP method to construct a hierarchical model,transforms the user demand indicators into a judgment matrix and calculates the ranking,and extracts the key design elements based on which,trying to find a breakthrough in the current market of Designer Toy that is seriously homogenized to help broaden the ideas of the subsequent design practice.The application of the AHP method to a certain extent avoids subjectivity in the extraction of user requirements and further understands the essential needs from the perspective of consumers,which provides certain theoretical support and development direction for the design researchofDesignerToyblindboxes.
