摘　　要：目的探究全程质控管理对消毒供应室护理管理质量和医院感染预防的作用。方法选择2022年4月至2023年4月期间医院消毒供应室管理的260件医疗器械,随机分为对照组与观察组,各130件。对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予全程质控管理。对比两组管理质量、医院感染发生率、器械管理差错率及管理工作满意度。结果观察组器械灭菌、器械清洗、器械包装机器械发放评分均更高,P<0.05。观察组医疗器械医院感染发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。相比对照组,观察组医疗器械管理差错率更低,P<0.05。相比对照组,观察组管理工作满意度更高,P<0.05。结论全程质控管理在消毒供应室护理管理中应用效果显著,可优化医疗器械管理质量,减少器械管理差错,降低医院感染发生率,提高管理工作满意度。Objective:To explore the role of total quality control management in nursing management quality and hospital infection prevention in disinfection supply room.Methods:From April 2022 to April 2023,260 pieces of medical instruments were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 130 pieces in each group.The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given full quality control management.The management quality,hospital infection rate,equipment management error rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of instrument sterilization,instrument cleaning and instrument distribution in the observation group were all higher,P<0.05.The incidence of nosocomial infection of medical devices in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the error rate of medical device management in the observation group was lower,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the satisfaction degree of nursing management in the observation group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of total quality control management in the nursing management of disinfection supply room is effective,which can optimize the quality of medical device management,reduce the errors of device management,reduce the incidence of hospital infection and improve the satisfaction of nursing management.
