小儿生血糖浆联合右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析小儿生血糖浆联合右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果。方法择取2020年3月至2023年6月医院收治的100例营养性缺铁性贫血患儿,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗,观察组采用小儿生血糖浆联合右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状积分及血液指标。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率明显更高,P<0.05。经治疗,观察组面色苍白、食欲不振、神疲乏力、腹泻便溏、唇舌色积分均较对照组低,P<0.05;观察组Hb、SI、RBC、SF水平均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论小儿生血糖浆联合右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血效果满意,患儿症状改善明显。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Xiaoer Shengxue syrup combined with ferric dextran dispersible tablets on nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods:100 children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with iron dextran dispersible tablets,while the observation group was treated with infantile Shengxue syrup combined with iron dextran dispersible tablets.The treatment effect、symptom score and blood index were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher,P<0.05.After treatment,the observation group's pallor、loss of appetite、mental fatigue、diarrhea、loose stool、and lip and tongue color score were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of Hb、SI、RBC and SF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of Xiaoer Shengxue syrup combined with ferric dextran dispersible tablets in the treatment of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children is satisfactory,and the symptoms of children are obviously improved.
