摘　　要：目的研究医护一体化模式在产科高危孕产妇护理中的应用及对减少并发症的效果。方法实验时间为2022年9月至2023年6月,选取医院收治的50例高危孕产妇,采用数字奇偶法分组,对照组(25例)实施常规护理,试验组(25例)基于此实施医护一体化模式。对比两组临床指标、并发症发生率及护理前后心理状态。结果相比对照组,实验组除阴道分娩率较高外,其余指标均较低,P<0.05。相比对照组,实验组并发症发生率更低,P<0.05。护理前,两组间数值相近,P>0.05;护理后,实验组评分比对照组均较低,P<0.05。结论在产科高危孕产妇护理中应用医护一体化模式效果显著,可改善孕产妇心理状态,提高阴道分娩率,减少并发症发生率,具有推广意义。Objective:To study the application of integrated medical care model in the nursing of high-risk pregnant women in obstetrics and its effect on reducing complications.Methods:The experimental time was from September 2022 to June 2023.Fifty high-risk pregnant women were selected from the hospital and divided into two groups by digital parity method.The control group(25 cases)was given routine care,and the experimental group(25 cases)was given the integrated model of medical care.The clinical indexes,the incidence of complications and the psychological state before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower indexes except vaginal delivery rate,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower,P<0.05.Before nursing,the values between the two groups were similar,P>0.05;After nursing,the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of integrated medical care model in obstetric highrisk pregnant women's nursing has remarkable effect,which can improve patients'psychological state,increase the rate of vaginal delivery and reduce the incidence of complications,and has popularization significance.
