摘　　要：目的本文分析1例气管切开术后并发气管食管瘘患者的保守治疗及护理体会。方法患者发生气管食管瘘时,通过床旁纤维支气管引导下的气管切开口置入气管插管,加强了管道固定、测定气囊压力、连接呼吸机管道固定及胃管空肠管的护理。同时严密观察病情、心理状态,并给予心理护理等措施。结果经过一系列治疗及护理后,患者健康状况逐步改善,瘘口逐渐愈合,最终达到预期的治疗效果。结论对于需长期进行机械通气且脱机难度大的气管切开患者,护士应对气管食管瘘的发生保持高度警觉。Objective:To analyze the conservative treatment and nursing experience of a patient with tracheoesophageal fistula after tracheotomy.Methods:When patients had tracheoesophageal fistula,tracheal intubation was inserted through the tracheotomy opening guided by fiberoptic bronchus beside the bed,which strengthened the nursing care of tube fixation,balloon pressure measurement,tube fixation connected with ventilator and gastric tube and jejunum tube.At the same time,closely observe the condition and psychological state,and give psychological care and other measures.Results:After a series of treatment and nursing,the patient's health condition gradually improved,the fistula gradually healed,and finally achieved the expected therapeutic effect.Conclusion:For tracheotomy patients who need long-term mechanical ventilation and are difficult to go offline,nurses should be highly alert to the occurrence of tracheoesophageal fistula.
