摘　　要：目的观察分析围手术期访视护理在心脏介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年10月医院收治的120例心脏介入治疗患者,按照随机抽签法分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予围手术期访视护理。观察两组患者的并发症发生率,负性情绪,临床症状指数。结果观察组与对照组比较,有显著性差异,P<0.05;术前负性情绪得分与对照组比较,P>0.05;术后SAS、SDS得分与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);舒张压,收缩压,心率,两组比较,P>0.05;治疗前后,观察组的血压和心率较对照组有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论围手术期访视护理在心脏介入治疗中的应用效果良好,可改善患者不良心理状态,减少术后并发症,促进术后体征恢复。Objective:To observe the effect of perioperative visit care in cardiac interventional therapy.Methods:120 cardiac interventional therapy patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random lottery method.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given perioperative visit care on this basis.The incidence of complications,negative mood,clinical symptom index.Results:Comparing the control group,P<0.05;preoperative negative mood score,P>0.05;postoperative SAS and SDS scores compared with the control group(P<0.05);diastolic pressure,systolic BP,heart rate,two groups,P>0.05;blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of perioperative visit care in cardiac interventional therapy is good,which can improve the adverse psychological state of patients,reduce postoperative complications,and promote the recovery of postoperative physical signs.
