摘 要:为探索玉米花期改变对不同发育时期生长状况的影响,以玉米优良自交系D12164的种子为材料,采用甲基磺酰乙酯(EMS)诱变技术筛选到玉米花期提前突变体M12164,对突变体拔节期发育相关基因表达量、不同生长阶段净光合速率、干物质积累速率、玉米子粒营养成分含量、苗期抗旱性、草铵膦的耐药性和孟德尔式遗传分析进行测定。结果表明:与对照D12164相比,突变体M12164在拔节期光合和细胞分裂的相关基因处于高表达状态;不同时期光合速率同比增大,干物质积累较快;子粒蛋白质、淀粉和脂肪含量均有所上升;抗旱性降低,耐草铵膦性增强;孟德尔遗传分离比为3∶1,说明早花表型是通过隐性的方式遗传。该研究结果为调控玉米开花的分子机制研究和培育玉米新品种提供材料。In order to explore the impact of changes in maize flowering period on growth conditions in different developmental stages,we used methyl sulfonyl ethyl(EMS)mutagenesis technology to process the seeds of maize superior inbred line D12164,and screened the early maize flowering mutant M12164.The determination included the expression levels of genes related to development at jointing stage,the photosynthetic rate at different growth stages,the rate of dry matter accumulation,the nutrient content of corn kernels,drought resistance at the seedling stage,glufosinate resistance and Mendelian genetic analysis.The results showed that,compared with the control D12164,the mutant M12164 had a high expression of genes related to photosynthesis and cell breakdown during the jointing stage.The photosynthetic rate increased in different periods,and the dry matter accumulation was faster;The content of grain protein,starch and fat was increased;Drought resistance decreased,and glufosinate tolerance increased;The Mendelian genetic segregation ratio was 3:1,indiJournal of Jilin Agricultural University 2024,June cating that the early flowering phenotype is inherited in a recessive way.Therefore,the results of this study provide technical support for the cloning of genes controlling the early flowering of maize,the molecular design breeding and improvement of flowering period.
