摘 要:针对现有仅考虑水膜蒸发的间接蒸发冷却模型无法适用于数据中心等高流速大风量场景的问题,本文提出了一种基于离散多相流同时考虑水滴蒸发和水膜蒸发的数值模型。使用该模型对间接蒸发冷却器在高流速工况下的热工性能进行模拟研究。模拟结果显示:模型结果与实验结果对比发现该模型在较高流速和低流速下均有较高的精度,最大误差仅为3.36%。空气流速、流量比和热质交换器材料导热系数均能较大影响间接蒸发冷却系统的湿球效率和能量效率(COP),芯体湿通道内表面湿润因子对湿球效率影响较小。推荐二次空气流速为5~6 m/s,流量比为1.1,热质交换器材料导热系数高于10 W/(m·K),湿通道表面湿润因子为0.8。The existing indirect evaporation cooler physical model only considers the evaporation of water film and it is not suitable to apply in conditions with high velocity and high air volume,such as data centers.A new numerical model based on discrete multi-phase flow that considers the evaporation of both water film and water drop was proposed.Using this model,the thermal performance of an indirect evaporation cooler in high-velocity condition was studied.The results of simulations indicate that this model has higher precision in both high velocity and low velocity with a maximum error of 3.36%.The wet bulb efficiency and coefficient of performance of indirect evaporation cooler are largely dependent on air velocity,flow ratio,and heat conductivity coefficient of heat mass exchanger,and less dependent on the inner-surface wetting factor of the core wet channel.It is recommended that the air velocity of secondary air should be 5~6 m/s,the flow ratio be 1.1,the heat conductivity coefficient of heat mass exchanger be higher than 10 W/(m·K) and the wetting factor of the wet channel be 0.8.
