摘　　要：目的探讨体成分指标对GDM患病风险的预测价值。方法选取2018年1月至2021年9月于北京积水潭医院贵州医院妇产科建档并孕检的孕妇1431名,分为GDM组(n=263)和体检健康对照组(Con,n=1168)。结果GDM检出率为18.38%(263/1431)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、体脂百分比是GDM患病的危险因素。受试者工作特征曲线预测GDM的曲线下面积为0.732,敏感度、特异度为67.7%、68.3%。结论孕期体脂百分比升高是发生GDM的危险因素,可通过体脂百分比预测妊娠期间GDM患病风险。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the prognostic value of body composition indicators in evaluating the development risk of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 1431 pregnant women who were registered and underwent prenatal examinations in the Clinical Nutrition Department of Guizhou Hospital of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital were selected in this study from January 2018to September 2021.Among them,263 participants were diagnosed with GDM(GDM group),and 1168healthy individuals underwent physical examinations were enrolled as Con group.Results The GDM detection rate was 18.38%(263/1431).Logistic regression analysis showed that age and percent body fat were risk factors for the development of GDM.The area under the ROC curve of percent body fat for GDM prediction was 0.732,with sensitivity,specificity of 67.7%,68.3%.Conclusions High percentage of body fat during pregnancy is a risk factor for the development of GDM in late pregnancy,and the risk of developing diabetes during pregnancy can be predicted by the percentage of body fat index.
